Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

We only deliver within Germany.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of €5.90 per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated in the shopping basket system and again on the order page.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat-rate shipping fee is 5.90 euros. The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory value added tax. As VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated based on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping costs can only be calculated definitively during the ordering process. However, it cannot become higher, only lower in your favour.
